My mom motivates me. She has been through a lot of tough situations and she always finds a way to push through it and it motivates me to never give up on things because there always is a positive way to get through things.

  • How do you handle pressure/stress?

I feel that I handle pressure/stress pretty well. I have been playing sports all of my life, so I feel that I can act fast and figure things out on the run.

  • What makes you uncomfortable?

Nothing really makes me uncomfortable. I am a pretty relaxed person and nothing really gets to me. I've seen a lot dealing with an array of problems and I think its allowed me to become comfortable in situations where most people would be uncomfortable.

  • Tell me about a time that you participated in a team, what was your role?

During my sophomore year, I had made varsity lacrosse, which was a huge deal for me. Along with this, there was a senior who had started in the same position as me since his sophomore year. Throughout the season I pushed myself to get better and we went back and forth, but I was the underclassmen, so he was the starter and I ended up being the backup. This killed me deep down, but I couldn't show that to the coach because I had the role of being the back up. I cheered my team on and when I got the chance to go in I took it by the horns and made my chances count. It made me a better person and teammate.

I would like to be challenge by a job in many ways, but mostly by being challenged by new things that I've never learned. I enjoy doing hands on work and there are plenty of times where I haven't know really what I've been doing, but I love figuring out how to end up doing it.

  • What have you learned from mistakes on the job/in training or school?

  • What kind of work do you enjoy the most?

The type of work that I enjoy the most is hands on work. Hands on work, to me, enables me to learn faster and also become more knowledgeable in that topic. I always have been able to learn better this way and I feel that hands on work allows me to exceed expectations.

  • What can you offer us that someone else can not?

I feel I can offer you determination no matter what occurs. I've learned to never give  up from my time of playing many different sports. I have been down in games and didn't give up and eventually came back and won.

  • Tell me about an accomplishment you are most proud of.

One accomplishment that I am most proud of is going to nationals for lacrosse and placing 3rd. My team and I traveled down to Florida and we were an underdog. We played as a team, while the other teams had a couple star players. We came back and placed third on the final day of the tournament and I am very proud of both my team and I.
